Hi Members,

Wow. What a start to the season! Thank you to all our players, parents, guardians, team managers, coaches and our leadership group for joining this journey!

As part of my role as the Director Of Coaching at Crossover United, I am visiting games and training sessions to help develop and support our terrific coaches. I have been so pleased with how our teams conduct themselves on a weekly basis within the boys and girls competitions.

The culture that we have built is a credit to you all and I want to ensure that our club values (Unity, Respect, Resilience, Inclusion) are always considered when representing our club, at all times.

Our club strives to set the example on how to encourage players, unite families, support coaches, respect opposition teams and accept referee decisions.

Please join us in continuing to build our culture, uphold our values and help our club be a leader in all aspects of this great sport.

I am also very excited to announce there will be another Coaches Course in early February 2020, so please feel free to come along. That includes anyone who is interested in coaching in the future or just want to learn, these clinics are not just for current coaches.
